Youth were hosted by bottom of the table Chickerell in their last game of the season, needing 6 clear goals to win division 3 and didn't disappoint at all.
Playing down the slope to start Youth used it to their advantage as strikers Cameron Sayers and George Wyrill bagged 2 a piece in the first 10 minutes, coming from some good build up play from all of the team.
As Youth applied the pressure, denying them any space and time on the ball, forcing mistakes and being first to the ball, they played the first half in Chickerells.

Youth continue to push for the top spot and made it easier for themselves today with a great display of football turning out 11 goals with only 1 in reply.
A warm sunny day ideal for football saw Youth out of the blocks with purpose and determination as Cameron Sayers scored in the second minute from a perfectly weighted ball from George Wyrill.
A slightly changed team didnt effect Youth in the slightest and every player did well in their positions. The back 4 were a force to be reckoned with as Charlie Legg-Bagg, 'Chopper' Jack Luscombe, Luke Robertson and Jo Etherington were strong and clinical all afternoon playing out of trouble when called upon, also creating some great distribution to set up goals from the back.William Clarke playing on the left wing had the best game of his season so far, made it 2 nil with a fine strike across the goal keeper.

After a 2 week break Youth were entertained by Broadstone on a small wide pitch and took advantage of the width from the outset, passing well going forward at pace, capitalizing on 5 minutes as Cameron Sayers slotted home from a James Cox cross who exploited the left wing all afternoon.
Well executed goals from all scorers, Harrison Tuck 3, Jaydon Brown 3, Cameron Sayers 3, James Cox 2, Thaisen Chant and Callum Tuck took the tally to 13 but Broadstone had a consolation near the end as Youth relaxed a little.

Youth played hosts to Broadstone at Symondsbury on a freshly cut pitch and didnt dissapoint at all. From the kick off Youth played high up the pitch and were unlucky not to go 1 or 2 up in the first 15 minutes as they pummelled the apponents goal, finaly breaking the deadlock on 20 minutes when a well worked goal from the midfield to striker Cameron Sayers found the back of the net. Sayers then finished very well on 3 more occasions as he took the score to 4 nil making a nuisance of himself all afternoon with his quick feet and reactions, being played in from the 4 midfield players with pin point accuracy. George Wyrill was unlucky not to get on the score sheet with a few chances.

Youth were hosted by Portland today on a pitch not much bigger than last years mini pitch, but settled well in the first half with goals from James Cox, George Wyrill and Harrison Tuck. But not until Portland took the lead early on as they adopted the long ball aproach to open up the scoring.
Wyrill and Cox worked well together all afternoon creating chances as did Jaydon Brown and Thaisen Chant in the centre of the park. Will Clarke also playing better every match, going in at half time 3-1 up.

Youth entertained Puddletown Predators at symondsbury on a cold morning with the wind in their favour from the kick off and started well, keeping Puddletown in their own half for the first 5 minutes. A well taken corner from James Cox was cleared from the 18 yard box to find Harrison Tuck who volleyed into the right hand corner to put Youth ahead 8 minutes in, but the lead was soon cancelled out shortly after, when a mistake let Puddletowns forward in to finish well.

Youth were hosted in their first game back from a long Christmas break by second placed Blandford, The ground being soft but suitable to play on with a slight slope.
Blandford kicked off with a little more intent than Youth and could have been 4 goals up but for the bravery and commitment of Keeper Jordan Nottley keeping his team in the game. Bridport caught Blandford on the counter attack several times with some good passing and moving, opening up the score on 14 minutes by George Wyrill and shortly after with a goal from James Cox.

As Youth march on, todays game was played on a lumpy pitch and not the best of weather conditions, with some new faces in the line up giving them a chance to make my job more difficult. They all proved their worth and tried hard to be disciplined in their jobs although sometimes caught off guard generally did well.
Youth were caught napping in the first 5 minutes and were punished for switching off when a big kick from the keeper bounced over the back 4 and their striker pounced to finished well. After this wake up call Youth started playing with more intent and soon equalized through James Cox and the game became more one sided as youth went on score 3 more goals from George Wyrill, Harrison Tuck and Callum Tuck to make it 4.1 at the break.

Under 11s travelled to the Marsh on a cold and overcast afternoon but nothing was overcast about their performance and attitude.
Playing a Cougars side who are flying high in the 1st division Youth started well, making good decisions, passing the ball well with a few attempts at goal early on.
Weymouth were not without form, striking the bar twice and coming close to taking the lead 3 or 4 times, but Youth withstood the attacks and replied with the same confidence and determination.
Youth went 1 up 15 minutes in when Cameron Sayers played in George Wyrill who with, still a lot of work to do calmly and confidently rounded the charging keeper to slot the ball home from the 6 yard box.

Bridport came away with all 3 points after a lacklustre performance but none the less kept a clean sheet although Ringwood offered little in the form of attack.
Youth were 1 up inside 3 minutes when James Cox floated in a perfect corner finding the unmarked Jaydon Brown who headed home. Ringwood kept Youth out for a further 20 minutes as they tried their hardest to break forward and some of Bridports decision making, not playing with the utmost confidence gave Ringwood a few chances at goal but were met by keeper Jordan Nottley who cleared up any danger. Youth seemed to stand off, not taking charge or playing with the desire and commitment they have done so in the past weeks.

Todays game was indeed a one sided affair with Youth commanding the game and running a mock amoungst a Chickerell side who, when we played in the under 9s were a big threat to us. Most or nearly all of their best players must have disappeared into other teams I assume, leaving a weak side but nevertheless they tried their hardest all game especially their keeper as he had a busy game although he let in 21 it would have been many more but for his bravery and commitment.
Jaydon Brown put youth ahead 2 minutes in and the goals kept coming approximately every 3 minutes as Youth played some good attacking football. Brown went on to score 4, Cameron Sayers 5, George Wyrill 2, James Cox 5, Harrison Tuck 3, Wiliam Clarke 1 and an own goal completed the scoreline.
