FA Respect Program - Players and Parents

With the new rules as part of the FA Charter standard for grass roots football, the club is required to fulfill certain requirements.
From this season every player, manager and official must sign the following forms provided by the FA.
Your manager/coach will bring them round for you when you get together in the first few weeks.
PLEASE READ THEM in full and sign them so we can get them back as quickly as possible.
Clubs can now be refused entry or removed from the league for not being fully compliant with Charter Standard.
